Youth Participation and International Declaration on the Issues and Priorities of Children and Youth

On April 1st, 2016, Humber College hosted an event for the youth that participated in the International Youth Internship Program sponsored by Global Affairs Canada. During this event I had a chance to talk about youth participation and my experience while I was working for Save the Children International in Peru. This event also gave us an opportunity to share with the audience the International Declaration on the Issues and Priorities of Youth that was written by the participants of the International Youth Conference for the program Children Lead the Way.
